M2 Audio - A Short History

In addition to the thousands and thousands of on hold messages that we've produced over the years, for all manner of different companies and industries from accountants through to zoos, M2 Audio has also created a number of other productions for special applications.

In association with the Department of Conservation and Land Management, we created and installed a number of 'Radio Drive Trails' - at Narrogin, Walpole, Pemberton and Kalgoorlie. Solar powered devices now transmit audio programs containing historical and environmental information on these regions to the car radio of tourists visiting the areas.

In a similar vein, we also produced the original Fremantle Prison Acoustiguide, allowing visitors to the prison to experience the atmosphere and history of the historic location, listening on personal audio devices.

Other special project's we have completed include pre-recorded telephone information lines for Fuelwatch, Psychics Connect and Perth Zoo, and audio commentaries for numerous corporate training programs in association with Cell-Media.

We also perform regular updates for 'Tourist Radio' sites throughout the North West of the state from Geraldton to Broome. These programs feature advertisements for local businesses to the area as well as providing information of environmental and historical significance.
