The wonderful world of sound - it's a world that we explore and manipulate every day in the M2 Audio production studio.

Most of our clients probably don't give much thought to what happens to their script once they've signed off on the text, but for us, it's one of the most vital steps in the on hold message process.

Recording in our state of the art studio on a Mac platform complete with the latest version of Pro-tools, our engineer expertly lays down each and every script with our various voice artists. Then it's time to clean the audio, cut it up and begin to create!

Music is selected from our library of thousands of royalty free tunes, sound effects added to bring life to the text, and the whole production is tied together in a style suited to the customer.

So how do we then get this finished product to our customers?

It might surprise you to learn that there are actually more than 8 different formats that we use regularly - from 'old school' CD's and cassette tapes, to a variety of specialised multi-media cards, to formats for download over the phone line, and finally to formats for email download by the customer.
