Check power supply – switch off and then switch on again

Ensure that the on hold cable is plugged into the phone system

If you have 2 callers on hold, both callers will hear exactly the same part of the message at the same time and new caller to the queue will come in at whatever point the message is at. That’s why we recommend keeping your on hold paragraphs short, between 15 & 30 secs.

Note – If sudden changes to on hold volume may occur if you have changed your phone system. It is always a good idea to ask your telephone installer to contact us before leaving your office to ensure they have set up the volume correctly.

Check power source. The light on front of machine should be flashing green or, if your system is programmed for Static IP the light will flash orange.

OnQue message updates are downloaded from the OnQue website. If your machine is not connected to your LAN, any new messages cannot be downloaded.

YES – if you move the OnQue to your LAN and plug into power and push the "update" button, or leave plugged in overnight and the system will contact the website and download new messages ready for the next day.

The GREEN LED light should be flashing “on” / “off”
If LED is solid – check that memory card is installed correctly
If LED is flashing very quickly – unplug power and re-connect
If no LED light, check that power is connected correctly and/or try another power point
If LED is correct, check that the on hold cable is connected to the MOH socket and not the “ext audio” socket.

Use the small button on the bottom of the system. Channel 1 – light pulses slowly, Channel 2 – light flashes twice on then off, Channel 3 – light flashes three times then off, Channel 4 - light flashes four times then off and Channel 5 [used only for external audio attachment] the light flashes constantly
