Phone system audio help
M2 understands both professional audio production and how business phone systems use it. You do not need to translate between your provider and your studio.
A make, model, provider name or contact person is enough to begin. If you have none of those, explain what callers currently hear.
And many more. Don’t see yours? Tell us what you use and we’ll confirm the requirements.
Built around your audience
Phone systems vary, but the questions are usually straightforward. What should play, where should it play and what format does the system accept?
Identify each welcome, menu, queue, overflow, after hours and voicemail point.
We supply the highest quality audio format your phone system supports, ready to use.
We can speak directly with your phone dealer, carrier, IT team or system administrator.
Choose file delivery, provider loading or managed hardware where the system and project allow.
How we can help
We shape the production around your audience, where it will play and what you want it to achieve. We confirm the scope and quote before you proceed.

A simple menu, clearly delivered.
From rough idea to ready to use
A system name, invoice, screenshot, old file or provider contact can all help.
M2 works out the recording list, format, naming and delivery method.
Our Creative Team handles scripts and direction; professional human voice talent and our Studio Team bring them to life.
We supply them clearly or coordinate loading with the people managing your system.
Need it sooner? Tell us your deadline. We’ve pulled off a few audio miracles over the years. We’ll let you know what’s possible.
We work with you on wording, pronunciation, tone, pacing and production until you’re satisfied, before the final audio is supplied.
Good questions
If your question is not here, ask us in everyday language. We will do the same.
We work with Microsoft Teams Calling, Cisco / Webex Calling, iPECS, 3CX, Mitel, RingCentral, Avaya, NEC, Panasonic, Yealink and Yeastar, as well as providers including Telstra, Optus, Vocus and Vonex. Tell us your setup and we’ll confirm how its audio works.
You don’t need to work out audio formats. We confirm what your system supports and supply the highest quality format it can use. If needed, we’ll confirm the technical requirements directly with your provider.
Introduce us to your provider or technician and we’ll take it from there. We’ve been doing this for more than 30 years, so there’s a fair chance we’ve already worked with your technician. If not, we’ll speak their language.
That depends on the system, provider and access arrangements. We can supply files to your provider or discuss fully managed On Hold audio with OnQue3. Approved content can be updated remotely and scheduled to run only when relevant.
Every production is tailored to the work involved. Tell us what you need and we’ll provide a clear quote before you proceed.
A good place to begin
No finished script and no technical knowledge required. A few rough details are enough to start a useful conversation.
